Friendly and helpful staff, lovely decor (in communal areas and in my room), the breakfast was nice and in a great rooftop setting, the location (right by Sishane metro and in the heart of Galata) was excellent. The lift situation was quite annoying (one lift that only comfortably takes about 3 people for a 6 story hotel)

Good location, great views, we had a room which faced the Golden Horn from the front window and the Galata Tower from the corner one. Terrace with panoramic views, fair breakfast, friendly staff. The only thing, maybe, they don't offer Turkish coffee for breakfast, nor at the lobby bar
