I had specifically chosen this BNB for its kitchen facilities, being a vegetarian Jain, but the refrigerator wasn't working properly and made a strange noise. The self-check-in process was also a hassle, making my overall experience quite disappointing.

Despite paying 20% of my booking in advance to check-in early, I was told upon arrival that the room wasn't available yet and I had to wait for nearly two hours. The room's amenities were outdated, with a leaky faucet and a broken showerhead. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the adjacent cafe was a nuisance from dawn till dusk, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep.
