“Super clean, Very comfortable, one-night break from the highway.”

Stopping at Rupuestre Arts Hotel on our road trip was a pleasant surprise—clean rooms, comfy beds, a nice river view, and a short walk to the river and an archaeological site with informative boards; dinner was tasty, the continental breakfast was fine, and the noon check‑out was a relief before the next leg; Olga at reception was warm, welcoming, and very helpful; overall a great brief stay, though the local industry’s odor might bother some.

A large, bright room with a stunning view of the pool, mountains, and the Tejo; the staff are very friendly and the restaurant is excellent.

The vibe was good, but the site claimed the standard room had a balcony—upon arrival we found none, and when I asked the receptionist she blamed a booking error, even though the photos also show a balcony.

“Hay que tener más cuidado con el estado de la instalación”

The location was fine, but there was no hot water in the room, the bedside lamps didn’t work, and one of the charging sockets was broken.
