The self‑check‑in system worked well. The bed was comfortable, and the room had tea and coffee facilities. The décor was nice, but the room was small, lacking a chair and a wardrobe. Breakfast was too simple; pastries, cold meats or cheese would have been nice. I only had cereal, yoghurt, banana, and instant coffee.

The location is close to the City Center. The room was very nice, spacious, warm and cozy. Communication was very smooth and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay; everything was clean, the room was absolutely comfortable and cosy. The neighbourhood had great restaurants nearby and was well connected to the city centre. A bus stop was almost in front of the hotel, with all Pink Buses passing through the city centre. It would be great to have more hooks for hanging clothes, especially in the bathroom.

The photos matched the building’s age and the place looked well kept, but the room fell short. The sash windows were nearly impossible to open and when they did, black mould clung to the frames. Dust covered the bedside lamps and the picture on the wall, so I checked the pictures out of curiosity, thinking it might be an oversight. Because the window couldn’t be opened and the internal fan was weak, the shower room steamed up and most of my toiletries got wet from the condensation. The bathroom mirror wasn’t securely mounted; wiping it to use it felt risky because it could have fallen. The safe door was locked, so after calling reception—who aren’t on site—we decided to carry our valuables with us. Breakfast was adequate and had everything needed for a quick meal, but more plates and cutlery would help since used items are left for housekeeping to clean. The bed and linens were fine, and the towels were good. The room we chose had a metal bed frame, which we liked because it looked cosy, but the actual bed was a divan, so the photos should be updated so guests know what’s really there. We’d visit Belfast again but would pick a more central spot for the same price.

The room was nice with a good view, the bathroom was completely fine, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but acceptable, and the booking gave a clear idea of what to expect. It’s a very pleasant stay at a good price.
