I loved the dispenser to fill bottle for water. English muffins at buffet would be nice

“Great stay if want to be near Carowinds.”

The breakfast was good, wasn't sure about the pancake machine but they were delicious and my grands loved all the toppings that were available. Staff was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Workout room was a surprise. Felt safe. The covers could be longer. Hard to share

The beds are so comfy. The room was very clean. Love that there's no carpeting in the rooms. The shower had some stains from being older. The staff was so friendly. The front was well stocked with products. I had to purchase Advil twice on the trip. We were also given extra make up remover wipes when we asked for them the second night. There were two of us in the room and only 2 wipes for 2 days so we did request more but it was given with a smile. I liked that 2 bottles of water were given at check-in. It is very close to Carowinds, about a 5-minute drive. I really wish there were microwaves in the rooms. I booked without looking to see if they were included and was disappointed when there was not one in the room. There is one in the lobby but no one wants to go down there when you want to heat up a midnight snack or leftovers. It's something I would really consider adding to the rooms. I'm on the fence about rebooking, even though everything else was good but not having a microwave is a big deal, especially when staying one than one night. Also the refrigerators and very small and don't hold much at all. I understand it's so they fit in the minimalist rooms but they are really tiny. We were able to fit some 16 zo bottles of soda and the water that was given upon check in but that was about it. Those are the only things I'd like to be different but may make a big deal to someone, especially if they have multiple nights stays

The location is close to the interstate.

The staff was awesome, and breakfast was good; the room was comfy. However, the traffic noise and a noisy guest above made the first night a bit of a mist.
