The place was very clean, very convenient, and the staff were accommodating and eager to please. The noise from setting up tables and chairs in the restaurant below started every morning at 5:30 am.

The location is really good. You can reach many restaurants, bus stops, and even the Danube within a few minutes’ walk. The staff on site were friendly, and breakfast offered a selection of dishes at a nearby café. Unfortunately, many items needed repair, such as a lamp hanging half off the wall, a hair dryer that needed replacement, and a loose shower holder in the bathroom (just a few of the issues). When we reported them, the staff took care of it, but I feel the price‑performance ratio is not justified.

We had a very pleasant stay! The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus). The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a personal message when our room was ready earlier than expected, and an extra pillow was arranged immediately when we requested it. Everything met our expectations and we felt welcome. Definitely worth a repeat visit! The only downside was that no window could be opened, which is understandable given that you’re on a shopping street and it can be noisy.

“A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Budapest”

I had a lovely stay at The Loft Budapest Hotel. The hotel has a unique style and a great atmosphere, and its location makes it convenient for exploring Budapest. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting the city.
