Tre Sestieri Terrace - CANAL VIEW 2024

Everything was excellent, from the canal view to the amazing terrace and great staff, so I highly recommend it. The only issue was that the canal location made it impossible to rest fully because it was noisy almost all the time, and the mattress was uncomfortable; they said they would replace it and I hope they did.

“Bella esperienza direttamente sui canali”

The rooftop terrace on the top floor is a real gem overlooking the canals, where many gondolas pass, and it’s great to watch them. The room was very clean, the bathroom modern and fairly spacious. The kitchen could use a little renovation, but overall everything was fine.

The location is great once you find it. The place was very clean, except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling. We were disappointed that our room didn’t have a canal view, but the roof terrace was fantastic. It was very quiet. On our last day we left our bags there, returned a few hours later, rested on the terrace, and then took the water taxi to the airport. Finding the hotel took an hour and twenty minutes; the directions were useless. There was no kettle or mini‑fridge in the room, but the shared kitchen had everything you could want.

“Emplacement idéal et acceuil très sympathique”

The spot is perfect, plus you can leave your luggage in a room while waiting for the room to be ready if you arrive early or need to leave late. Laura, who handled the cleaning, welcomed us warmly, and the view from the terrace is stunning.

“Dreams come true”

The place is great, the view from both the room and the terrace is breathtaking, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and having access to a kitchen and fridge is super handy.
