The location was fine, the AC worked well, and the staff were very friendly, yet the internet needed to be faster, the TV wouldn’t stream properly, a bathroom mirror and outlet would have helped, and a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

The location was great and parking was easy; the new managers are doing their best but there’s still a lot to improve, and the rooms feel overpriced for their condition and overall tiredness. The whole place is very run down, the new owners are trying, but still much to improve: black sheets—unsure of cleanliness, so replace with lighter colour; no towels in one room even though we were told they had been washed, they were very stained; the shower curtain was very stained; the shower grout was cracked with evidence of black mould; the shower needs ventilation or an extractor fan—mould on the walls.
