The hotel is excellent, surpassing the average of African hotels, spotless, cozy, any issue gets resolved by the very professional and friendly staff, superb WIFI, breakfast is super, plentiful and great.

It was such a pleasant stay. After the iron ore train we arrived completely filthy, and they immediately offered us a shower and a free coffee; the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms met western standards.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were truly kind, welcoming, and attentive. A big thank you for letting us shower before check‑in because we were dirty and tired after the journey; that gesture really pleased us and let us freshen up before starting our stay. We greatly appreciated their kindness and understanding. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return! 😊
