Breakfast was tasty and the staff were kind, but the water pressure in the toilet outside the room was weak.

The location was perfect—close to the station and easy to reach Kyoto city, the trolly train, Arashiyama, and the bamboo forest all by foot, which was great. The meals in the morning and evening were also very good. No particular complaints.
