The hotel was right next to the station, which was convenient even when I was tired, and there were no problems.

Being close to the shopping area and the station was very helpful, and I appreciated that towels were only changed when I requested it, giving me a sense of privacy. The unit bath felt a bit cramped; it might be fine for shorter people.
