I appreciated the room’s cleanliness, ample storage, friendly owners, beautiful bathroom flooring, safe surroundings, and great location close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. The beds were a touch lower quality, but sleep was still possible; we initially didn’t receive any soap for hands, but after we pointed it out, they promptly refilled it. The accommodation was a single apartment, yet the owners were very accommodating, so there was no noise and they never complained.

The experience was terrible: after booking and paying, the host informed me at the last minute that the room was already occupied, so I couldn’t use it at all, yet I was still charged and couldn’t get any service. It was a disaster.
