The geographic location is great – you’re close to several beaches and cities, the premises are very clean, and the communal showers are fine. But the accommodation is meant for 4 people, which is absolutely unthinkable – it’s far too small and cramped; for me it’s only suitable for 2 people. There are no wardrobes, the toilet/bathroom is too tiny to move around in, impossible for larger people, and the furnishings are extremely plain.

I was happy with the location, right by the sea and the towns of Sluis and Breskens. The air‑conditioning worked, but it took a while to cool down, and I’m not sure it would have handled a hot summer day well. In the morning, when it was warming up, the AC made a noisy clatter.

The place was very clean and well equipped, the restaurant was pleasant and good, and the bed was comfortable; however, a latch should be added when opening the doors to prevent wind‑induced damage over time.
