“Excellent staff, sometime poor facilities.”

The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. However, when I arrived the refrigerator didn’t work, the fan was off, and the TV was broken; I experienced this in two different rooms with non‑functioning televisions. The air conditioner broke down but was repaired within four sweltering hours. Apparently the faulty refrigerator is a frequent problem, as they sometimes keep multiple refrigerators in the hallway and swap them around; in my second room there was a fridge but no power outlet nearby, and the TV was useless as well.

“Ottima accoglienza. Ottimo staff.”

The staff are truly kind and helpful; I asked for a breakfast box for the morning after checkout and they also booked a massage in the room; they’re always attentive and smiling, never intrusive. The room is clean and the location is ideal for walking, as I did; it’s just steps from the river and Pub Street, and an ATM is very close. The road in front of the hotel is uneven and heavy rain creates huge puddles, but that’s a common issue for all businesses on that street.

The rate was fair, but the room felt a little unclean.

“Run dont walk away. Stay away at all cost.”

I left because it was so disgusting; the TV was broken, there was no lock on the door, no elevator, and a guy on the balcony peered in. The walls were dirty and I found bed bugs. Everything was awful.

It’s inexpensive, but it’s kind of tucked inside the main area.
