The room was spacious, clean, and large, with a mini‑kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, air‑conditioning in both rooms, and a sunny terrace by noon; filtered coffee was available, housekeeping and towel changes were done, parking was everywhere, and everything was accessible. The only drawback was the breakfast: there was only one main dish of eggs or toast, no vegetables or yogurt, just basic bread with jam, butter, Nutella, and the same fruit mix and bread every day; it would last 2‑3 days at most before going stale, and a vegetable side would have been nice. However, the breakfast delivered to the room or terrace was cheerful and arrived exactly on the requested time.

The welcome was superb and communication with Dimitri was smooth; the location was ideal between the Aegean Sea and the caldera, and breakfast was served in the room.

Dimitros was super friendly and helpful, but the mattress quality left something to be desired.
