We drove to Borgo Della Meliana expecting beauty, lush trees, and scenic vistas. As we began unloading our luggage for check‑in, the reception informed us that we weren’t staying there and directed us to follow their car to a completely different, lower‑rated property called Villa Della Meliana. From that point everything collapsed: persistent water leaks, filthy conditions, bug infestations, and non‑functional Wi‑Fi in the secondary unit. To finish, the management ignored our complaint emails exactly as they ignored the support team when the issue was escalated.

Location, wonderful. If you want to adjust Tuscany, stay in Tuscany, this is a great place.
