Villa Lyvie is run by the French Alexandra and her mother Marie, both very driven to give guests a fantastic time. Everything in the villa is arranged to the finest detail. You can grab water, use mosquito nets, and borrow yoga mats. There are many cozy seating areas inside and outside the house, and both the house and garden are carefully decorated and maintained. The pool isn’t large, but it’s really nice and clean. The food is super tasty, cooked by a Sri Lankan chef, with delicious French desserts from mother Marie. My children and wife received Ayurvedic massages and all three were very satisfied.

“Fantastic stay at the Beautiful Villa Lyvie”

I had a wonderful short stay at Villa Lyvie. As others have mentioned, Alexandra is a fantastic host. The property is lovely with many personal touches and a strong island vibe. The rooms feature first‑class AC and beautiful bedding. There are so many small, thoughtful touches to enhance your stay. The pool is excellent. When the water fountain is on, you can also use it for a head or back massage as a bonus. The gardens are well kept and full of birds and other wildlife in a pleasant neighbourhood. It’s not far from a couple of beautiful beaches and some excellent restaurants. I also ate at Villa Lyvie and the house‑special prawns are a must! Alexandra recommended some great places to visit, including some I would not have known otherwise. I can totally recommend it and would stay again if possible. Well done.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Alexandra and Marie have truly created a magical place. We also loved the breakfast, the massages, and the dinners we had at their restaurant!

You feel right at home immediately, the host is wonderful, the staff friendly, the room is great with everything you need, the tropical ambience is nice, and it’s a bit outside.
