The staff were fantastic, always professional and helped with taxis and attractions. Breakfast offered a nice mix of western and Asian dishes, and the beds were extremely comfortable with brilliant A/C. Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay, though the wifi was a bit glitchy but acceptable.

The front‑desk staff were extremely enthusiastic and approachable, and the hotel’s central location made everything convenient! The room, however, did not have a bathtub as I had booked.

Great location, but there was no balcony as advertised—just a window, and the windows behind the curtains were very dirty.
