The spot is great, but the hotel didn’t honor the 20 % off food and beverage rate we agreed on. Even after showing the confirmation, the staff ignored it, didn’t fix the issue on the spot, and never escalated or followed up during my 5‑night stay, so I had to file a formal complaint.
