The place was beautiful and the service excellent, but the bathroom had a urine smell and a handicap shower that needed bleach; after wiping it with disinfectant wipes it improved.

Overall a wonderful hotel, but I paid extra for a balcony king and received a first‑floor room with a patio facing the parking lot instead of the lake; I was disappointed, though it was too chilly to sit outside in the evening anyway.

I didn’t eat breakfast, but the lakefront location was excellent.

The location was perfect, yet the weather kept us from enjoying all the outdoor activities; the hotel was beautifully decorated and clean – absolutely beautiful, with nothing to complain about.

The location was great, and the outdoor amenities were comfortable and attractive; everything was great.
