I dealt with the worst staff, no window at all, a horrible door, barely any cleanliness, and a strong smoking smell—definitely the worst stay. Ventilation was poor, staff behavior worse, beds subpar, and the door was hard to open, making a lot of noise; the window should have been open and basic facilities like toilets and towels were lacking. The receptionist behaved intolerably.
