“TERRIBLE I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.”

nothing , customer service was terrible. Everything, when we went to check in the lady at the front had an attitude cause it was late. when we got to the room it was still dirty, AND in the bathroom they didnt even replace the toilet paper they left less than half a roll in there and folded the ends as if it made a different , it stinked in the room from whoever used it before

My fridge didn't work the TV had a hole in it but still worked for some reason. It smelled like Meth. The covers had burn markes same as on the chair. And to top it off there where cockroaches running around

I didn’t stay at the property it was roach infested. Roaches

“Unsanitary, unsafe, and completely unacceptable.”

The location was convenient for the event I was attending. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my stay. The room smelled like sewage, and the air coming from the HVAC unit smelled moldy. The door would show green as unlocked but would not open properly, and I had difficulty securing it once inside. I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat, one of the two beds had pillows without pillowcases, and I encountered two cockroaches in the room. When I reported the cockroaches to the front desk, I was simply told there were no other rooms. Another guest standing there told me they were already dealing with cockroaches as well. Parts of the property also appeared deteriorated and were blocked with caution tape. This was an unacceptable experience

“Terrible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

Nothing, the only perk of staying here was that it was cheaper than other hotels near by. I however would have paid more for another hotel had I known the terrible condition of this one. Everything! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Staff was helpful but blank and not very social. The elevator up was disgusting, even the elevator buttons were dirty and nasty inside. The door to our room barely opened and then the lock didn’t work correctly. When we turned on the lights, easily 10+ roaches ran for cover. The bathroom didn’t have venting and visible mold could be found as well as more roaches. The bed was soft but under the sheets showed a disgusting brown mattress and I wasn’t even sure if the sheets were clean. I didn’t dare open the mini fridge after seeing the filth and bugs. The parking lot only has 10 small spots and street folks walking through the lot, we were suspect that our car would be broken into
