The hotel offers a business centre, laundry services, and is near Scotiabank Saddledome and the University of Calgary.

The location was good and the check‑in area offered snacks and nice iced water, and the staff were polite, yet the room was filthy: dirt everywhere, old food on the floor, thick dust around the bed and shower, sheets inside out making the bed uncomfortable and frustrating to remake. A dog had previously stayed there, leaving hair on everything, so we asked for a move and were shifted to a room without AC or a window, making it absolutely boiling; after raising the issue again they moved us to another room that was okay but still not a positive experience. The staff helped us accommodate but it’s a shame all this happened.

The view of the Calgary tower was awesome.

The hotel is well‑located in the city centre, but the breakfast selection was limited; sometimes bread or eggs were missing, coffee had to be refilled, and plates and cutlery were absent. Room and common area cleaning needs improvement, and parking is expensive.
