The location is amazing, the price is fair, the room was clean and air‑conditioned, the staff very friendly, and the common area convenient, though the mattress felt a bit hard.

Excellent from Colombia, a quick and economical option for travel; the access is a bit confusing because it’s in a large building, but Google Maps helps.

The staff were super helpful – the man at the desk was lovely, stroked my baggage for me, and then helped me move it into my room. The room was also much nicer than it looked in the pictures!

The front desk guy Alan was super friendly and funny, and the hotel sits right in Causeway Bay, close to the metro, good restaurants, and Time Square mall. The rooms were clean and I liked the curtains over the bed. If I ever go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely stay here again.
