The staff member who worked the night of Saturday, October 3 was incredibly friendly and welcoming, though I never caught her name. The only downside was the beds – they were very hard, yet I still slept like a log; a softer mattress or cover and a thicker comforter would help.

The view was nice and the breakfast fare was solid, but the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. When we asked to extend our stay, they said they couldn't assist because we booked through a third‑party site. At 9 a.m., they shut the breakfast room door and started cleaning while we were still eating, forcing us to leave. The rooms felt dated and poorly maintained, with marks on walls and floors, dusty corners, and overall a look that didn’t match the Wyndham brand.

The property was clean, comfortable, and the beach was amazing, with every room offering a view. The only issue was the old booking portal, which was buggy; it would be better to redirect guests straight to the Wyndham site.
