The room was clean for the most part, though the floor was sandy as expected at a beach inn. The refrigerator was a nice size and the amenities were decent—just what you pay for. Check‑in staff were friendly, informative, and welcoming, and the location worked well for my needs. The property, however, clearly needs a major update, yet it was still comfortable.

The bathroom looked nicely updated and the location was good, but overall cleanliness was subpar: the shower hadn't been cleaned and the walls still had old shampoo residue. The coffee maker had a thick layer that resembled a science experiment, and a resident raccoon was apparently being fed cat food right next to the seating area outside my room.

The room was comfortable and the location was good, but the pool water wasn’t very clean.

It was worth the price, as expected for a place like this; the staff were friendly, the pool was nice, the AC worked well, there were no living bugs—only a dead one under the bed, which is normal in Florida.

The location was good and the front‑desk staff were sweet, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the TV was broken, the bathtub was black and dirty, the toilet paper was low, a door led to the next room with just a simple lock that felt sketchy, and the room smelled of moss and mildew.
