“Eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir jemals gewesen sind!”
Everything was great: the dinner and breakfast were very good, the pool was super, the room was nice, the view was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

The place is very pretty, the restaurant food is good, and the staff is very friendly. The beach has no facilities; they bring you and take you away, but you have to bring your own chairs and umbrellas, and setting them up is heavy for the elderly.

The room was comfortable and well‑appointed, and the spot is just a short walk from the beaches while still feeling a bit removed, which was very pleasant – far more intimate than the huge beachfront resorts. The gym offers stunning ocean views. On the negative side, the on‑site restaurant menu is priced far beyond what most guests can afford, and the pool bar shuts exactly at 5 pm. We had a minor issue with ventilation noise in our room, but a lovely staff member fixed it promptly. Likewise, for three consecutive nights our TV kept disconnecting, and an employee came and resolved the problem quickly each time.

Adults only, quiet, yoga classes. The resort fee and parking fee are ridiculous, especially after paying such high prices for an overnight stay; these should definitely be free.

The property feels like a curated exotic garden with postcard‑perfect views, hammocks for relaxing, and soothing water features and birds. The pool was peaceful with light music, attentive staff, and never felt crowded. Staying at Hotel Wailea felt like stepping onto a movie set—unique, special, immersive, and incredibly relaxing. The employees love their jobs and treated us like gold, going above and beyond for every small request. Don’t miss dinner at the Birdcage or breakfast at the restaurant; the lemon ricotta pancakes are probably the best breakfast food I’ve ever had.
