The room was very comfortable. The reception staff could improve a bit; the person on the phone was very friendly.

The bed was huge and the value was good. Location was great. A slight downside was the miscommunication between what the booking app said and what the person working there expected. The app said I would be charged to my card, through the app, but the worker kept asking for an e‑transfer or cash. The situation was finally resolved, but a bit unpleasant overall.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were very kind. The parking is uncovered and opens onto the street, not inside the building. The bathroom was not fully clean; there were hairs in the shower. The room window didn’t close properly, leaving a gap of 1 cm or more, letting insects in that bit us. The bathroom drain had a damp smell.
