The man who checked us in was rude and kept demanding extra money even though the room was prepaid. The room was supposed to be handicap‑ready, but my daughter, who uses a wheelchair, could not use her chair in the room and had to be carried or crawl to the bathroom. One mattress had a tear and the other had a cigarette hole. We were loading our luggage into the car at about 10:30, and the night‑shift staff from the previous day kept telling us we had to leave (check‑out is 11:00 am).
