Air-conditioned rooms have a TV, radio, and electric kettle. The hotel is close to Warner Brothers Movie World, Dreamworld, and Sea World, with Gold Coast Airport 25 minutes away.

The river view and location were nice, but there was no one at reception, the door was always locked, and you had to call for help.

I thought the room was just average, but it felt overpriced for its location; the exterior of the property was filthy with leaves everywhere and clearly needed a pressure wash, the car park was also dirty, and the stairs were grimy, although the rooms themselves appeared clean. On the bright side, once inside the room it was suitable for an overnight stay.
