The breakfast and room were great, a butler was a nice touch, the shower was excellent, the spa offered a wonderfully relaxing experience, and lunch options were good value; however, there were no grassy areas, mosquitoes swarmed the pool after the rain, and the hallway AC was very cold.

Everything from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out was flawless; every service, especially the Jeramy team, was top‑class.

The staff were super helpful, attentive and kind, and the location is great and right next to the subway station. The only hiccup was having to change elevators to reach my room on the 16th floor, but that was a minor issue.
