Being only a 15‑minute walk from the fairgrounds was handy if you’re heading to a concert, but other hotels nearby offer a nicer experience for a slightly higher price. The rooms and corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the room was non‑smoking, and the front desk staff seemed under‑trained; honestly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in its current condition.

Amie was a friendly, professional, and welcoming staff member whose first impression really mattered. The property was clean and well maintained. I just wish the breakfast had stayed open until 10:00 am instead of closing at 9:00 am.

The hotel was conveniently located near our destination. The breakfast could have been better, though.

There was nothing to say positively. The room had no air conditioning and we were not offered an alternative room. Roaches were present in the room, and when we arrived two people were arguing in the parking lot.

The location was ideal for my travels, situated in a business park yet only a short ride to restaurants and shops. The water pressure was nonexistent, not even enough to flush the toilet on the second floor. I was assigned the oldest room that hadn’t been renovated, even though I had paid for a newer one. After five days, I asked for fresh towels on day three and was told “no, maybe tomorrow!” On day four, no new towels were provided. I even found food under the sofa that had been left by previous guests; the place was not clean.
