The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The room was simple but cozy and very clean. There was no hot water, probably a temporary issue.

The spot was great—right in the middle of the shopping street, so you’re practically on the boulevard as soon as you arrive. However, the parking situation is a let‑down; the only garage is a public one that’s a 10‑minute walk away, and the apartment itself sits in a no‑car zone, so you can’t pull up close. That was a real disappointment, especially since the Parma neighborhood feels a bit rough, and we worried about our car being robbed.

Everything was good, the room décor and common areas were very charming. The location is excellent in the heart of the historic centre and everything is accessible. I’ll be back for future visits.
