East hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the quality of service throughout my visit. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection to suit different tastes. What really made the difference was the hospitality and attention to detail. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely a hotel worth recommending, and I would love to come back again! Highly recommended! ❤️

Three pools, access to the Dead Sea, and very comfortable rooms. Very good welcome from Shaima, who let us have a late check‑out.

The place is beautiful. The cleanliness of the pools is poor and the air‑conditioning in the rooms is bad.

We arrived around 09:00, still early in the morning, and they handed us our room without charging an extra fee. They let us check in early and swapped our mountain‑view room for an empty sea‑view one, which we really appreciated. Huge thanks to Shaher at the reception, and it was great to have a beach nearby so we could swim comfortably in the Dead Sea.
