Great location and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we had was a family room and the balcony overlooked the beach - it was spacious and comfortable

A very nice hotel right across the street from the beach, with great amenities and a rooftop pool that offers fantastic views. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms were a bit small and had no view, though you could request one if that’s what you want. The beds felt a bit hard.

The hotel’s location was great, and the afternoon tea spot offered a panoramic view of Meixi Beach; they also provided free airport transfer from Da Nang Airport. Every staff member was enthusiastic, and after breakfast they kindly asked where we were heading that day and gave us suggestions. Front‑desk Luan communicated with us beforehand via email, easing our worries about Vietnamese visas. Overall, the service experience was very good. We were assigned a side room, so next time we’d appreciate a better spot.
