COSY Hotel Baku

“Wonderful stay in Baku! ❤️”

I enjoyed a lovely stay at Cosy Hotel Baku and would definitely recommend it. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city centre, and it was very easy to find. Communication was great from the start, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Nihat and Rasul for their kindness and assistance! The room was beautiful, clean, and well‑maintained. Everything I needed was provided, including fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast was also very good, covering everything I needed to start the day. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and felt well taken care of. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. Thank you for your hospitality! ❤️

“i enjoyed my stay”

The location is more than excellent, and the staff are very helpful, always ready to meet special requests. Thanks to Mr. Rasoul and Mr. Joshgun—they are the jewels of the hotel. The stairs to the hotel are long and have broken marbles.

The hotel sits in the best spot for pick‑ups and drop‑offs, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and great photo spots. It’s basically in the center of everything, making getting around so convenient. Special thanks to Joshgun, who handled everything with a calm, welcoming, helpful attitude and made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you!

“One of the best hotels in 54 countries I’ve visited”

The location is second to none, right in the center of the tourist zone, with no cars allowed so you can stroll in peace. A short walk takes you to many great sites and restaurants. We had a balcony with the best view imaginable; it was wide and clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything you’d need. I didn’t expect such a clean and comfortable hotel. The stairs are a few flights up, but the staff will bring your bags up. I wanted to mention Joshgun, one of the nicest, most helpful and efficient folks I’ve ever met; he brought our bags straight away and greeted us with a kind smile throughout our stay, always offering help. He even did us a great favor with opera and ballet tickets: we had physical tickets for the opera but couldn’t find a place to get them, so Joshgun spent a good amount of time on the phone with the ticketing company to convert our tickets to QR tickets. He also arranged for a weighing machine to be brought to the hotel to weigh our bags before a flight. It was a hassle to get the machine from the hotel’s larger location because it’s a heavy, full‑size machine, but as usual Joshgun had it brought over as promised. I loved everything about the property except the flight of stairs that greeted us, but the staff will help you with the bags. Breakfast is at the larger sister hotel about 5 minutes away, but they can make a plate for you. I didn’t mind the walk every morning. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Additionally, a young lady who manages breakfast is very kind and quick and always greets you with a kindly smile.
