The place was nice and clean. The front desk could use more staff during busy times, but I understand that it may not be practical to keep extra people on duty all the time.

The decor was great, the staff were awesome, and the bed was comfy. I had to scramble when another booking fell through, and the staff here were a fantastic help! Nothing else.

Right next to the Mall of America, the stay felt luxurious and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, except that parking had to be paid for.

Close to the airport, a nice new fitness room, but the maid never cleaned our room for no reason and we were often left without anyone at the front desk to answer questions.
