मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The hotel’s location is very good, cleanliness was maintained, and the room’s equipment was great. The gardeners were also very diligent and kept a wonderful green area. However, the shower door was defective and didn’t seal properly, plus there were several minor issues in the room: the oven door was loose, the threshold to the bathroom was loose and broken, and the curtains were dirty.

They never cleaned at all. They took the tips and did nothing. They only left water.

The breakfasts were tasty and the rooms were pretty, but during my stay the hotel never cleaned at all. They didn’t even take out the trash. The cleaners took the tips and did nothing else. When I called reception, nothing was done; only water was brought.

I had been terrified by the stories about bed bugs, bedding, poor cleaning, and the like, but none of that happened here! I highly recommend booking this place. We spent delightful days at the hotel, the staff were friendly, the linens were good, and there were several pillow options. I believe the bad reviews stem from guests looking for faults. Yes, there were times when something was missing in the room or staff seemed inattentive, but every issue was resolved by contacting guest relations, and they helped us immediately! Don’t hesitate to reach out; they’ll respond right away. Don’t be alarmed by negative reviews! If you approach the management with a collaborative attitude instead of confrontation, everything goes smoothly. They’re always ready to help from the first contact. The location, beach, and grounds are excellent; we’ve been to 9 places in Kasha and can confirm this spot is unique. Thanks again to the whole team! Those 8 days were truly magical.
