“Alright”
The location was great, but the bathrooms were in bad shape and the hotel had no lift.

I’ve had worse hotels in my travels, but this one was especially awful. Soon after checking in, I told staff that the sink in my room was leaking onto the floor. They said someone would come the next day, but no one ever did, and they never followed up or offered me a different room. The reception’s lack of care was the worst part. When I accidentally left my phone in a DiDi and needed help, I was visibly upset and in a full anxiety attack, yet the receptionist showed no empathy, offered no suggestions, and simply said she wouldn’t help. No concern at all. A restaurant a few doors down was surprisingly kind and went out of their way to help me find my phone, showing compassion and service far beyond what the hotel offered. The room itself felt poorly maintained and not very clean, adding to the negative experience. If you want a place where maintenance issues are ignored and staff are indifferent, this is it. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

The location is great, the rooms are clean, and everything is close by.

The location was good, but a very noisy guest in an adjacent room kept us up from early morning, shouting and swearing.
