I appreciate the spot and the staff’s conduct is very good. It’s right inside Gariahat Market, so you don’t have to travel far, and the cafés around are amazing.

The property owner is a fraud. He takes your money in advance and gives you the worst room possible, then refuses to refund anything. That’s his business.

Only the location is okay. Almost everything else is bad. First they told me to cancel the booking on the app because it charges them extra commission, but they didn’t give me a discount of even 50 rs. Then the room: the bed might fit two, but even one person can’t move freely, the washbasin is the smallest I’ve seen, and the worst part was the stinky curtains and bedsheets. They didn’t ask me to provide an I‑card. I don’t know how they run this business.
