Arriving at 5:30 PM, the front desk had no room ready and forced us to move someone out of what would have been ours, so we ate elsewhere and returned two hours later only to find the room still unfinished; we left our clothes outside and unpacked at midnight. The place had no pillows, no TV, and no elevator for the whole two‑night stay, and the smoke alarm kept beeping until we had to silence it. Every night we heard constant racket from the third‑floor room above us, and the bathroom offered only half a roll of toilet paper, forcing us to buy our own. We were issued a single key for the room. The maintenance staff were actually excellent, but the owners seemed utterly negligent; a few changes would be enough to lift this from a one‑star to a two‑to‑three‑star property, and the easiest fix is to replace the current owners.

Nothing good to say; the deposit was stolen, the bed sheets and carpet were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, dogs barked next door, the hallway smelled of smoke, everything was outdated, and the staff were full of attitude and inexperienced.

It was extremely stinky, the AC barely worked, the hallway smelled bad, I was supposed to get a king bed but received a half queen, there was no breakfast, I waited 2 hrs to check in, and overall it was horrible—everything was bad.
