The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive, check‑in was smooth, and the rooms were lovely with a very comfortable bed; complimentary bottled water was a nice touch in the summer. The breakfast offered a great selection of hot, cold, and continental items. All in all, a lovely hotel that I’d stay at again, with nothing to dislike.

The location is perfect for accessing the tram and metro, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room (coffee, tea, water). The breakfast was hearty, and the coffee was made fresh by the staff. The luggage service let us enjoy our last day without worry.

The location was fine, but the room was very dingy and small, and I found a bed bug in the bed.
