Bergamo Romantica sits beside Via 20 Settembre, just five minutes’ walk from Bergamo Train Station and the bus link to Orio al Serio Airport. Guests enjoy free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioned rooms with flat‑screen TVs, private bathrooms and optional balconies, each uniquely decorated. The hotel is 700 m from Donizetti Theatre and a two‑minute stroll to Papa Giovanni XXIII Congress Centre.

We really enjoyed our stay: the rooms were clean, the price was reasonable, and the location was very convenient for travel because it was close to the train station; the staff was very nice.

It is very close to train and bus stations, but it is quite old and needs renovations.

The bathroom had a well‑connected bidet, making access easy, but there was no bidet.

The place is within walking distance from the train station, and there's also a bus line that runs directly from Bergamo airport. Nearby are great restaurants, and we walked into the city center, though that might feel far to some—it's about 15‑20 minutes. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning stopped working during our stay, even though we paid for that feature, but the issue was fixed within 24 hours. The journey to Bergamo is definitely recommended. The only downside is that everything is audible in the hallway, which is a minor annoyance.
