The room was comfortable, but there was no room service and the restaurant was not available.

Avoid this place – it’s a complete scam! I had a booking that was 100 % confirmed, yet when I arrived the hotel refused to check me in and said my reservation was cancelled. I asked why, and they claimed I hadn’t made a prepayment, even though the confirmation clearly stated that payment was to be made on site. They tried to charge me for a no‑show and even asked for camera footage, which is ridiculous. I had booked one night to rest but was denied, forcing me to spend hours in local bars and restaurants. Very poor service.
