“don't know if I will stay there again”

The room was fine, but the trash cans were dirty, covered in old dried dirt, and had bad mold; the decor was okay but poorly maintained. The room itself was dusty, the bathroom was noisy, the toilet was broken, and the receptionist was unprofessional, unkept, and not available at check‑out time; the staff clearly need training in hotel management.

We never stayed because the place was not clean at all; we left and are still waiting for a refund.

The breakfast was okay, but I wish there had been more variety next time; the neighbors were loud, I had to call the police, and management did nothing.

The location was close to where I was headed, but the building was under construction, the assigned room had an open door and was not clean, and I was originally told I would get an upstairs room even though I told them I was handicapped and needed either elevators or a first‑floor room; on top of that, there was a $100 security deposit that was not mentioned before, so I won’t stay again.

The stay was very quick and a good value; getting there was easy, check‑in was a breeze, and the room was large with a nice bed; however, the non‑dairy vegetarian options at breakfast were sparse, which was not surprising.
