The name is nice. We arrived late at night after booking for our family (2 adults and 4 children, ages 18, 16, 12, 6—everything was listed in the reservation). We were given two apartments, each with three beds; in one the owner insisted only adults stay because the stairs inside had no railing and were dangerous. This forced us to separate from the children as the apartments weren’t close. The heating was gas stoves with broken ignition buttons and no gas detectors. When one heater failed, the only way to restart it was with the owner’s help, who had to improvise with a screwdriver. She got angry when we accidentally turned the heater off, claiming we turned the knob “too roughly,” and she was also upset that we asked her to help turn it on (outside temperature was 2 °C). She threatened that if we contacted her again that night she would report us to the police for leaving children alone in the apartment. This was despite her being the one who left us no other option. In short, not recommended.

It’s a lovely little cabin, clean, comfortable and warm. The reception lady is very friendly and helpful. You can book Perito Moreno tours and airport transfers directly. Though it’s not on the main street, it’s only a 10‑minute walk, so the location is convenient.

The location is great; although it’s not in the city center, you can reach it quickly. Everything was clean and had all the necessary basics, like oil and salt, which help you cook something. Everything was new, and the bathroom came with gel, shampoo, and conditioner—details that make a difference. There were many conveniences for entering and leaving at the arrival and departure times. Nidia is charming, helpful, and friendly—a real delight, thank you for making our stay so pleasant. They offer laundry service, which is also recommended and very fast. I would stay again without hesitation.
