The metro is close by, but the host sent incomplete check‑in details that I only discovered upon arrival. I couldn’t reach them by phone at night, and they didn’t reply to my messages. Eventually, the Booking complaint system got involved, and they forwarded the necessary information to me.

Nothing good. The place was filthy, had no air conditioning, and the shared bathroom was tiny and dirty.

The rooms were damp and dirty. The small common bathroom had a tiny sink. It was far below European or even Italian standards.
