“Shocking... Doesn't exist!”
When we arrived we couldn’t find an entrance. I emailed the property to ask how we get in and where the parking was, as I had to leave my car on double yellows to try and find a way in. Eventually knocked on what seemed like a residential door to be told there was no booking and they hadn’t been there for months. I was taking my daughter to a festival on the park next to this accommodation but instead I had to drive round Preston looking for somewhere else to stay, so I was not only doubly out of pocket, stressed and fuming, my daughter missed seeing the one band she wanted to see! Completely ruined our experience.
