We really appreciated the excellent service, especially the kind, nice, and helpful gentleman at the office; our room was super comfortable with the best pillows ever, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well both nights; the air conditioning was super great, and even with the highway on we heard nothing, and with it off the highway wasn’t very loud; getting to MD Anderson was quick from here, so we’ll definitely stay again.

“Comfortable, convenient location. Toilet hardly worked, but on my following stay here it worked fine”

I liked the breakfast, except it didn’t have bacon. The bed was a 7.5 out of 10. The TV was a good size. The room had good lighting. The toilet was clogged when I arrived, so my girlfriend and I couldn’t go #2 without worrying about having to call maintenance, and she couldn’t go #1 without it getting clogged. I don’t know if it was just a faulty toilet or if it was already clogged when we got there. There wasn’t bacon in the breakfast. Who wouldn’t want bacon? The desk staff was probably new, so they couldn’t find my reservation right away. My biggest gripe was paying $100 to stay in a room where the toilet worked only 10% of the time. I would ask for a refund, but obviously that won’t happen.

“Höllenlärm Hotel am Highway, muffig mit freundlichem Personal”

The staff were very friendly. The noise level, right by the highway, flight noise, just hellishly loud, totally off, muffled, not recommended for one night.

Everything was fine, we liked it and will stay again; the young man who handed me the key was very friendly. The only issue was a slight odor when entering the room, but nothing unbearable.

“Had a wonderful stay with my wife at this place with very nice staff!”

The place was clean, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, staff responded quickly and were very friendly, the location was close to our appointment and quiet, and the owners even gave us a lemongrass plant to take home.
