The facility was very pretty and the room was pleasantly large, but the breakfast from the bag was not a highlight.

“Friendly staff and lovely meal in the restaurant but breakfast disappointing”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was just right for the steam fair. However, the breakfast was very disappointing; we didn’t mind it being delivered to the room, but the quality and quantity of the food were not very good, and the room needed an upgrade.

I stayed at this place and found it super comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and it was a great value—nothing to complain about.

Not a lot. The room was right by the car park and quite noisy. It was booked as a superior king room with breakfast, but it was far from that description and we have stayed in many superior king rooms. The breakfast was a small continental breakfast left outside the room in the rain! It was not what we were expecting at all. The small amount of poor breakfast was soggy; we could not ask for a time for breakfast, we were told it would be delivered at Six o'clock. Towels were not changed, the coffee machine had no pods, there was no telephone, and the Wi‑Fi was rubbish, dropping in and out.
